Do I need to provide my own lock?

Customers do need to provide their own lock.  Please only use one lock on your unit.  

How do I rent a unit?

Renting a unit with Buffalo Peaks is easy to do online and can be done from the comfort of your home!  Click on the tab "Rent Storage" at the top of the website.  From there you can select your desired unit size and complete setting up an online account.  Our software makes renting a unit easy, and customers can move in same-day! 

How can I mitigate dust in my unit?

One downside to being in Buena Vista is the wind and dust issue.  This is common amongst storage units in the Arkansas Valley, and Buffalo Peaks Storage is doing all we can to limit the amount of dust that creeps under our doors.  However we recommend obtaining insurance for all goods stored (we provide insurance during checkout online, or customers can use their own) and we also recommend covering any items that are sensitive to dust with a tarp.  

What do I need to do when I am ready to move out?

When you no longer need the storage unit and are ready to move out, simply send us an email letting us know that your unit is cleaned out and empty.   Once we receive your email, we will go inspect the unit before refunding your deposit. 

Should I buy anything for rodent control?

The storage units are not completely rodent-proof, so we recommend not storing any food and purchasing rodent control for your unit.
